Every one of our custom home projects comes with a guarantee of the 2-5-10 year Home Warranty program that is certified with the Homeowner Protect Office. This coverage program includes 2 years on labor and materials (limitations apply), 5 years on the building envelope, and 10 years on structure of your home. This gives you the assurance that your home is a sound investment for years to come. |
